Operation instruction

感謝您使用本廠(chǎng)的剪切設備，安裝使用前請務(wù)必認真閱讀電控系統說(shuō)明書(shū)。本系統由PLC、HMI（人機界面）及外圍開(kāi)關(guān)按鈕和接觸器等器件構成，功能，性能穩定，操作簡(jiǎn)單，其連接圖見(jiàn)附錄。

Thank you for your choice of our cutting equipment. Before installing and using, be sure to read the instruction for electric control system carefully. The equipment is consisted by such components as PLC, HMI, switch button and contactor. Powerful and stable function, easy operation. See appendix for connection graph.

注意：

Attention:

1.     安裝時(shí)，務(wù)必切斷電源。

2.     請檢查控制柜內部接線(xiàn)是否有運輸等原因導致的接線(xiàn)端子松動(dòng)。

3.     非人員請勿隨意修改內部線(xiàn)路，以免發(fā)生危險。

4.     請務(wù)必以標準接地。

請依說(shuō)明書(shū)要求操作。 

1. Be sure to cut off the electric power before installation.

2. Please check if the connectors in the control box are loose for the reason of transportation.

3.  Non professional staff should not change the internal electric circuit to avoid danger.

4. Be sure to connect the grounding wires correctly.

安裝接線(xiàn)

#機器電源為3火1零，3相火接A、B、C，零線(xiàn)接N。主電機接U、V、W。飛鋸電機接U1、V1、W1。油泵電機接U1、V1、W1、。K1接電磁抑流閥，K1---K6分別接個(gè)電磁閥控制線(xiàn)，6個(gè)閥的公用零線(xiàn)接N。

接線(xiàn)完成后，向上搬電箱內空氣開(kāi)關(guān)，整機送電，觀(guān)察有無(wú)異常及異味，如有異常應立即停電檢查，約一分鐘后，如果   正常，開(kāi)始試機。

接線(xiàn)時(shí)要有專(zhuān)人看護，注意   。設備接   地線(xiàn)。

Wiring method

The electric power is 3 live wires and 1 zero wire. 3 live wires connect to A, B and C separately. 1 zero wire connects to N. Main machine connects to U, V, W. Motor for flying saw connects to U1, V1, W1. Motor for oil pump connects to U1, V1, W1. K1 is for electromagnetic flow-restraining valve. K1 to K6 are seperately for electromagnetic valves. The  control lines. The shared zero wire of the six valves connects to N.

When the lines are connected correctly, turn on the switch in the control box. The whole equipment is powered. Observe whether there is abnormal state or smell. If something abnormal happens, cut off the electricity and check. About 1 minute later, state testing if all come to normal.

One person should be appointed to make sure that everything is correct when connecting wires. The equipment should adopt grounding wire.

調試：

所有線(xiàn)連接完成，先不接限位開(kāi)關(guān)的插頭，啟動(dòng)油泵(注意轉向)，分別點(diǎn)擊顯示屏的6組功能按鍵(中孔升/降、邊孔升/降、切斷/返回)，調整電磁閥插頭或者油管，使其功能相符。連接行程開(kāi)關(guān)，并調整各個(gè)行程開(kāi)關(guān)使其功能相符并達到相應要求。

Testing and debugging

The limit switch is off when all wires are connected correctly. Turn on oil pump (pay attention to the direction of rotataion ) and click the 6 groups of functional button on the screen(middle hole up/down, side hole up/down, cutter up/down). Adjust the plug for electromagnetic valves or oil tube to make sure that they work well with the indication of the screen.

Link and adjust the travel switches to make sure that they work well with the indication of the screen.

使用：

功能按鍵按照屏幕說(shuō)明引導使用，數據輸入直接點(diǎn)需要修改的數據，彈出數據輸入窗口，直接按數字鍵，輸入完成按確認。

機器設置孔位，全部以材料   端為準，如下圖
